• Ensure City operations are hitting or exceeding company KPIs
• Plan & Execute all live operations
• Improve & lead warehouse operations in your region
• Hire & develop a first-class team setting clear goals
• Work closely with central teams
• Monitor site P&L
• Identify local growth opportunities

Requirements

• A track record for success in a Warehouse/Logistics related role
• Ability to work in a tech-driven environment
• Driven & hungry to succeed
• Natural problem solver & collaborative mindset
• Ability to visualise and interpret data
