Role Profile
This is a fantastic role with a leading business going through amazing growth. You will be managing and driving the branch sales network and helping achieve sustainable improvements in performance. You will ensure that the customer experience is at the heart of everything the branches do and that the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained across the entire branch network. Looking for Professionals based in Cardiff, London and Leicester.
Responsibilities
- Driving the Branch Sales strategy, building and driving sustainable improvements in sales and customer experience
- full accountability of regional branch sales team, driving top-line revenue and managing cost
- Drive the successful implementation of sales campaigns and strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability and customer loyalty for sustainable business growth
- Searches for opportunities and supports others to challenge existing processes, taking appropriate risks, and exploring and recognising innovation and finding new, better and easier ways of doing things.
- Keeps current with competitor activity, monitoring competitor products and services
- Engaging colleagues and driving a high performance culture, ensuring regular performance reviews are undertaken, addressing areas of under-performance effectively & efficiently
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Live the values and create and maintain an environment that attracts, retains and motivates talent driving colleague engagement and a high performance culture that is dynamic, positive, optimistic and energetic
- Develop succession plans and support development of the regional management teams.
- Ensure appropriate training plans are in place for all colleagues to ensure their skill and competence meet their job role requirements.
Requirements
- Commercially driven with an appetite to drive business improvements
- Confident decision maker with the ability to effectively prioritise, get stuff done and work autonomously
- Strong attention-to-detail, excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills (verbal and written) and liaise with all members of the business including Senior Management team.
- Strong IT and Analytical skills
- Proven track record of building and managing high performing teams
