Regional Operations Manager

Role Profile
Our client, who are a rapidly growing e-commerce business, are looking to recruit a Regional Operations Manager to join their operation, based in Greater Manchester. Reporting into the Head of Operations, you will focus on delivering a world class service to our clients at all times and will be responsible for key financial and operational KPIs such as gross margin and order success rate.

Key Responsibilities

Full ownership and accountability for North West England operational performance
Proactively finding areas for operational optimisation and improvement
Proactive root cause analysis and implementation of operational fixes to improve regional performance
Leading and driving commercial growth opportunities across the regional
Working collaboratively and cross functionality on national projects and initiatives
Proactively finding areas for operational optimisation and improvement

Required Skills & Experience

You have a strong analytical mindset and are able to apply numbers to decision making and actions
Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain, science / engineering
Excellent communication skills
You are inquisitive and forward-thinking - curious, thoughtful and confident at questioning the status-quo

Remuneration
£35,000 + Benefits
