Role Profile

Cast UK is supporting one of our growing clients with their recruitment process of a Sales Manager to support in the further growth of the business. Reporting to the Head of Sales you will be responsible for identifying and approaching leads where their services can provide a compelling benefit. You will be a career driven individual with a proven background in delivering sales growth within organisations.

Skills & Experience:

• Sales experience in a direct or intermediated new business environment essential
• You will be able to demonstrate successful new business development in new and developing markets
• Able to demonstrate a mature and proactive hands-on approach to fit the business culture and an ability to be agile when required
• You will be excellent communicator, able to articulate and engage on new initiatives, confidently presenting at all levels up to C-Suite.
• You will have excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to continually develop deep rooted robust relationships that demonstrate strong client retention
