Role Profile
Cast UK are supporting our client, who is a leading logistics business, in their recruitment process of a Warehouse Team Manager, based in Chesterfield. Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager you will oversee a team of operatives within a busy Distribution Centre. This role will be on the Night shift, initially on an any 5 from 7 rota, however flexibility is required.

Key Accountabilities:
* Responsible for the day to day management of the department which includes, but is not limited to, management of employee levels and performance, standards, reporting, cost control, stock loss and achieving KPIs.

* Ensure Customer Promise deadlines are met and dispatches are in line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

* Work in partnership with other departments and Distribution centres within the network to ensure our service delivery meets customer expectations
