Role Profile
Our client, who is a market leading business are looking to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor to join their well-established team based in Staffordshire. Reporting into the Shift Manager, you will be responsible of a medium sized team across the inbound departments and it will be part of your role to develop and upskill the staff that report into you. The shift pattern is Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 15:00.
Skills & Experience
- Experience managing medium sized teams within fast paced operations.
- You must have a proven-track record of developing people within your team, including organic growth, PDP's etc.
- Managing intricate KPI's and ensuring standards are being adhered to
- Experience working within a challenging environment
- Maintain working relationships with all service agents and agencies
- Experience implementing new systems would be beneficial
- Experience working with WMS.
- Experience of overseeing a Goods In Department previously would be ideal
