Role Profile
Cast UK are supporting a market leading business with the recruitment of a Warehouse Team Leader for their fast paced operation based in Yorkshire. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will work rotating shifts on a fixed 2-10, Week1 - Sunday to Thursday and Week 2 - Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Effective management of team of operatives across shift patterns; ensuring KPI's are met and exceeded
• Promote positive culture of health & safety
• Deputise for the Shift Manager in their absence when required
• Daily reporting of KPI's across the shift
• Effective handovers across shifts

Skills & Experience

• Experience managing a team of operatives
• Experience within fast paced operations
• Contribute towards Health & Safety management
• KPI management
• Strong ability to collate reports and data beneficial
• E-commerce or 3PL experience previously would be ideal
