Role Profile
Our client, who is a market leading business, are looking to recruit a Warehouse Team Leader to join their well-established team based in Greater Manchester. Reporting into the Shift Manager, you will be responsible of a medium sized team across a variety of departments and it will be part of your role to develop and upskill the staff that report into you. The shifts for this role will be Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Skills & Experience
- Brief and De-brief your team at the start and end of each shift
- Adhere to the SLAs that have been agreed with the customers
- Achieve the KPI targets that have been set by the Senior Leadership Team
- Coach and develop the team beneath you, ensuring there is a clear pathway for employees to progress
- Complete the daily, weekly and monthly reports and report them back to the Shift Manager
- Conduct appraisals, performance reviews, investigations, disciplinaries
- Recruitment of Temp/Perm staff, as and when they are required
