There will also probably be a good deal of contact with executive-level employees of target client companies, so experience of sales with this level of office will be hugely advantageous.

An in-depth knowledge of the industry in which the company operates will also help, as there are certain elements of logistics that pertain only to specific sectors, such as legal issues and matters of seasonality.

Situated in the East Midlands on the banks of the River Nene, Northampton is a market town with a history dating back to the 6th century. By the end of the 11th century, the community had grown significantly and the Domesday Book records it as having a population of around 1,500 inhabitants.
