I love chatting and coffee. So, I only went and found a role that combines the two! As Client Development Manager my role has me regularly meeting with my wonderful clients and contacts to discuss their talent needs and to offer my consultative wisdom, ideally over a coffee, of course!

I love what I do, I get to spend all day talking with clients, hearing about their future goals and objectives, offering insights into their markets, and helping them build engaging and rewarding strategic plans on how we can work together to help them achieve these objectives.

One of the best feelings for me is when I've been dealing with a new client and receive my first out-of-the-blue call from them asking for my support, that's when I know we're building a true relationship.
