I’m a Principal Consultant here at Cast, specialising in sales recruitment within the FMCG and Consumer Goods sectors. I’ve spent the past few years helping brands from fast-growing challengers to established industry names build high-performing sales teams that don’t just hit targets, but smash them.
My approach is people-first and refreshingly honest (no overhyped CVs or awkward interviews here). I focus on delivering streamlined, human recruitment processes that works just as well for clients as it does for candidates.
When I’m not connecting top sales talent with great businesses, you’ll usually find me outdoors. I’m big on hiking, wild camping, and generally pretending I’m Bear Grylls minus the insect snacks. Music’s also a big part of my life, and I never say no to a decent gig or a campfire playlist session.
I once ended up in hospital because of a hot wing challenge.
Turns out "extra hot" actually means a quick chat with paramedics and a tearful call to mum.
