Role Profile

Due to the ongoing success of this exciting technology innovation business, they are now looking to appoint an exceptional Continuous Improvement Specialist.

Seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager or Analyst within a discrete manufacturing business. In that role, you will have come to appreciate how data, technology and AI will transform continuous improvement (manufacturing optimisation).

You've been successful leading continuous improvement initiatives that brought measurable high-value outcomes to your employer's business. You're a high achiever and you're ready to take your career to the next level.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own & improve the customer trial & onboarding process
  • Lead & coordinate new customer & trial installations
  • Develop customer product training
  • Deliver customer product training
  • Develop data-drive continuous improvement best practice content and materials
  • Give recommendations about how to encourage learning/adoption in product
  • Give recommendations & help create support and marketing content based on customer needs and market insights
  • Publish social content and articles to become a data-driven, technology enabled continuous improvement thought leader
  • Take discovery / ROI workbooks from sales & prepare to intake new customers

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years working within or serving the manufacturing sector (discrete manufacturing)
  • 5+ years working as a continuous improvement manager or analyst within a manufacturing business
  • Proven experience organising data, preparing dashboards/reports, and leveraging data insights to proactively recommend continuous improvement actions/initiatives within a manufacturing environment
  • Personal experience helping a manufacturing business adopt new data and analytics tools to drive continuous improvement & business performance improvement outcomes
  • Direct experience leading multiple stakeholders through organisational change
