Role Profile

Cast UK are working in partnership with an expanding Distribution business, who have recently grown by acquisition, to assist them with the recruitment process of a Customer Service Advisor, to be based in St Neots

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing a large volume of orders
• Dealing with customer queries and handling complaints by phone, live chat and email.
• Work independently at times but also within a team to achieve personal KPI targets
• Working in tandem with our external sales team you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of Customer Service is maintained

Skills & Experience Required

• You must be a good communicator and someone who is able to prioritise workload.
• Previous experience of dealing with customers in a service or sales role
• Previous experience of dealing with large volumes of customer queries via the telephone and e mail
• IT skills to include previous working knowledge of SAP
