Role Profile

Cast UK's client, who is a rapidly expanding Wholesaler, who are looking to recruit a driven Fleet Manager to be based within their growing operation in Greater Manchester. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, your role will be responsible for the overall management, maintenance and standards of the company's fleet of vehicles. You will also ensure the company and its employees are fully compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that transport labour costs fall within budget whilst monitoring costs
• Ensure all fleet overheads are within the monthly budgetary limits
• Prepare and manage driver rotas to ensure trained cover for absence and appropriate vehicles are available
• Ensure that vehicles are roadworthy and serviced in accordance with company procedures
• Complete monthly Fleet KPIs by agreed deadline and monitor performance

Skills & Experience:

• Strong organisational Skills
• Good leadership & motivational skills.
• Setting high standards of performance for self and others; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks
• Full UK driving license
• CPC holder
