Role Profile

Cast UK are supporting our client, who is a rapidly growing business, in their recruitment process for a Head of Expansion PMO, UK & Europe. Reporting to the Operations Director you will oversee key project delivery within the network of the business and be involved in multiple new warehouse start-ups. This will be a role across multi-site, so flexibility on travel nationally will be required.

Key Accountabilities:

* Manage key stakeholders within the business and present relevant information.

* Manage current project development activities

* Ensure clear visibility and progress on all projects to stakeholders

* Monitor project trends to mitigate possible risks to timescales and deliverables

* Provide analysis and support to new concepts and projects

* Supporting role in tender management and solution design concepts

* Work independently to ensure all key deliverable are met.

Skills & Experience

* Financial understanding and cost management.

* Project experience gained within a fast-paced environment.

* Strong stakeholder management skills

* Analytical thinker

* Good problem solver and ability to manage under pressure

* Experience in a retail environment would be beneficial but not essential
