Role Profile

Our client is a fast-paced, direct to consumer lead logistics business, and are looking to recruit a Head of Operations for their Business in Paris. This is a business going from strength to strength and are rapidly expanding, the successful applicant will be a part of this amazing opportunity, that offers genuine future growth and opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all operational processes.
• Find suitable commercial property in new regions to deliver continued growth.
• Oversee new warehouse fit-outs and implementations.
• Determine the most efficient mode of transports for rapid direct to consumer delivery.
• Recruit and manage delivery staff, while keeping a key focus on H&S.
• Establish best practice processes stock holdings.
• Manage teams across multiple locations.

Key Skills

• Strong experience in operations management and operational development
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university is preferred.
• A passion for people, both staff and consumer.
• Impeccable communication skills, verbally and digitally.
• Previous experience in technology companies with an operations focus is preferred.
• Fluency in both French and English desirable.
