Role Profile
Cast UK are supporting our client, who is an outsourced HR provider, based in Corby. The client provides support across multiple sectors and clients and the successful candidate will join a small team of dedicated consultants to provide tailored advice and build client relationships. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to gain valuable experience cross sector, work both within a team and with degrees of autonomy and work within a supportive environment to develop personally.
Key Accountabilities:
- To respond to clients promptly and professionally, providing advice remotely or at a client's site as required.
- Guide clients through Employee Relationship cases.
- Produce high quality, compliant, effective and detailed documentation for clients.
- Review and update internal processes and systems to ensure they are up to date and relevant to current legislation.
- To develop positive working relationships with clients and promote services and products to potential clients.
- The ideal candidate will have a good generalist HR background and have some experience of training development and delivery.
Skills & Experience
Must hold a full CIPD qualification.
Minimum 5 years HR experience.
Experience working with complex ER relations cases, particularly disciplinary and grievances, redundancy and TUPE.
Experience of using HR Systems.
