This is a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the right product, at the right time, every time.

The Role

As Inventory Manager, you will take responsibility for stock accuracy, goods-in, and replenishment processes, ensuring inventory levels are maintained with minimal loss, waste, or error. You will lead and motivate your team to deliver operational excellence, while building trust, driving performance, and embedding a culture of accountability and improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the inbound and replenishment functions to ensure smooth and accurate flow of goods.
  • Ensuring stock integrity through rigorous inventory controls, cycle counts, and system accuracy.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing warehouse teams to consistently improve performance and output.
  • Driving continuous improvement in inventory management processes and systems.

  • Collaborating with procurement, sales, transport, and operations to meet service levels and customer demand.
  • Promoting a safe, compliant, and high-performing working environment.

About You

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in inventory or stock management within FMCG, logistics, or distribution.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and develop teams.
  • A track record in improving stock accuracy and inbound processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in change management and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
