This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished logistics leader to take full ownership of a large-scale distribution centre operation, driving performance across warehouse, transport, inventory and site leadership functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all site operations, including Warehouse, Transport and Inventory functions.
• Take ownership of site budgets, financial performance and P&L.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service levels.
• Lead, coach and develop senior managers and wider operational teams.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and KPI performance.
• Maintain the highest standards of health, safety and compliance across the site.
• Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate:

✔ Significant senior leadership experience within logistics, distribution or supply chain operations.
✔ Strong warehouse and transport management expertise.
✔ Experience leading large, complex operational teams.
✔ Proven P&L management and commercial acumen.
✔ A track record of delivering operational improvements and driving business performance.
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
✔ Strong analytical capabilities with a strategic mindset.
✔ The ability to create high-performing, engaged teams.
