Role Profile:
Cast UK are supporting a growing client with recruitment process of a Plant Manager based out of their fast paced operation based in Aberdeen. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for the overall Supervision of the manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead an ever-growing Manufacturing plant
- Introducing / maintaining regular KPI monitoring mechanisms
- Ensuring all plant & equipment is maintained in optimum condition
- Working with purchasing manager to develop and improve supplier relationships
- Reviewing established production schedules for all manufacturing departments to insure established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible.
- Maintaining inventory levels and control flow of product
Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Must have experience in the handling of chemicals ideally with ISO & OHSAS certifications
- Customer Focus
- Develops Direct Reports and Others
