Role Profile
As the exclusive recruitment partner for Bunzl Catering group, Cast UK have been instructed to recruit a Project Administrator for their AGGORA team based out of their Manchester office.
As a Project Account Administrator, you will provide a broad range of administration duties as part of an AGGORA project team. Notably, you will work closely with the engineering staff and account manager, supporting them in a wide range of administrative tasks and setting up of systems for the company. You will act as the first point of contact for specific company accounts, maintaining relationships with key customers / supplier stakeholders.
Key Skills and Responsibilities
- To act as the first point of contact for specific company accounts, maintaining relationships with key customers and suppliers.
- To work closely with the company engineering team and support them to achieve deliverable project objectives.
- To work as part of a team and interact within the whole business. Undertaking other tasks which are reasonably required so that essential areas of work are covered if operational needs arise.
- Liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers and to attend and participate in customer / supplier review meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Administration and upkeep of company database
- Support to all project tasking from initial receipt to final delivery
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, internally and externally
- Receive orders/requests from customers & suppliers and input these into company systems.
- Check lead times on supplying parts and equipment
Skills and Experience
- A proven track record of working in administration or project management.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Experience in document control management
- Highly organised and methodical approach with a good eye for detail
- You will be able to work independently and collaboratively to support the delivery of projects to schedule. A team player is essential.
- Have the ability to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with staff, stakeholders and suppliers
