Role Profile
Our client, who is a growing Logistics company with an international footprint, are looking to recruit a Quality Control Manager to be based out of their DC in Northamptonshire. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer requirements are consistently met, and that QC checks are taken throughout all functions with the distribution centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the QC department and associated resources
• Highlight any instances of non-compliance to relevant management personnel
• Supplier compliance management, dealing with any inbound QC checks
• Ensure excellent hygiene and general housekeeping standards are maintained
• Promote strong culture of H&S across DC

Key Skills

• Experience working within QC or Inventory control with focus on supplier compliance
• Ideally experience of QC within garment/ clothing environments
• Experience working within a warehouse or distribution centre environment
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisation skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Computer literate and experienced using variety of WMS
