Role Profile

Cast UK are supporting one of our prestigious clients with the recruitment process of a Team Manager to be based out of their site in Birmingham. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading people and processes within an operational area of the distribution centre. Ensuring that the working environment is efficient and ensuring a customer focus in order to exceed operational KPI's whilst ensuring health and safety is a priority. You will work Monday to Friday on a rotational 6-2, 2-10 basis.

Skills & Experience

• You must have previous experience of operating in a similar Supervisory/Team Management role with a proven track record of managing people in line with Company ER Policies and Procedures.
• Experience in Health & Safety requirements
• ILM Certificate in Leadership & Management is desirable but not essential
• Computer literate, experience of WMS systems and MS Office packages
• Flexible approach to shift patterns
• Customer focused and aware if the external and internal requirements for quality, efficiency and accuracy.

• Flexible approach with a desire to exceed targets through proactive management.
