Role Profile
Based in Cannock, Cast UK's client is looking to strengthen its team with the recruitment of an experienced Transport Shift Manager in to join the business. You will work collaboratively with the Transport Manager to ensure effective running of a busy transport operation. You will work a fixed 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 6pm - 6am.

Responsibilities
* Controlling the driver de-briefing process
* Manage all aspects of driver performance, ensuring KPI's are met
* Work closely with the customer and site management team to achieve performance
* Responsible for site audits
* Responsible for co-ordinating overtime payments
* Ensure that all daily vehicle checks are in place
* To support the daily operational workflow on the customer site

Skills & Experience
* Proven track record in Transport & Logistics industry
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Excellent understanding of Health and Safety
* Thrives in a fast paced, challenging and dynamic environment
* Excellent Analytical skills
