Role Profile
Cast UK are currently supporting one of our prestigious clients with the recruitment process of a Shift Manager for their fast paced operation based in Northampton. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern on Nights.

Responsibilities

Proven knowledge of Health & Safety requirements within a distribution centre
Ability to coach and develop large teams of individuals
Experience of managing and successfully working towards KPIs
Exceptional communication skills are essential
Managerial experience within large scale distribution is essential

Skills and Experiences

Expierence in fast paced operations
IOSH managing safely
Great people management skills
Fork lift license - Not benificial
