Permanent | Full-time | Monday - Friday (late shift 13:30-21:30)

£30,000 - £35,000 per Annum

Our client is a well-established distribution business, and they're looking for a motivated, collaborative Team Leader to join their warehouse operations team. If you're passionate about leading people, driving improvements and creating a positive working environment, this could be the right move for you.

What you'll be doing

• Championing safety: Spotting and reducing risks in your area, making sure control measures stay in place, and helping to build a culture where everyone looks out for each other.
• Leading your team: Owning your team's daily performance, managing resources and progress, and keeping people motivated to hit targets and quality standards.
• Communicating clearly: Giving your team concise instructions, constructive feedback and a listening ear. You'll also report upwards on performance, successes and challenges, with suggestions for improvement.
• Developing your people: Building a flexible, multi-skilled team through regular feedback and structured quarterly development conversations.
• Improving processes: Suggesting and implementing practical changes that make the warehouse more efficient and productive.
