Role Profile
Cast UK are currently supporting a growing Logistics business with the recruitment process of a Depot Manager to be based out of their growing operation in Lancashire. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for running a fast paced Warehouse & Transport function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire Warehouse & Transport function, ensuring all Health & Safety regulations are always adhered to
- Ensure that all SLAs and KPI targets are met on a consistent basis
- You will be at the front of driving cost saving efficiencies and initiatives
- Consistently communicate with the key Stakeholders across the business to ensure there is constant continuous improvement
Skills & Experience:
- National CPC qualification is required for this role
- Previous experience of running complex Warehouse and Transport functions is essential
- IOSH/NEBOSH qualification would be beneficial but not essential
- Strong geographical knowledge would be ideal
