Role Profile
Our client, who is an established and growing business, are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager to be based out of their site in Dublin. Reporting the Managing Director, you'll be responsible for creating, implementing and deliver the business' digital marketing strategy to help drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales and Category to implement marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
  • Analyse current products and scans the market for innovative products that complement range.
  • Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
  • Works with Sales directors to develop detailed marketing plans for all digital online marketing / social media channels and sales teams.
  • Coordinate active customer databases and keep it up to date.
  • Oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
  • Help build plans around conference / events where we should / will exhibit.
  • Can build e-commerce website for B2C as a new channel to capture the growing homecare market.
  • Drive customer engagement through Search Engine Optimisation and identify opportunities to expand B2C offering.
  • Represents the marketing department in supplier meetings.
  • Tracks all marketing activity and creates detailed reports to present to leadership team.
  • Measures the impact of marketing activities and adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to data and other feedback.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven record working as Digital Marketing Manager or equivalent role
  • Ability to manage small team of staff
  • Experience of working ideally in FMCG, supply chain, manufacturing or retail businesses would be highly desirable
  • Marketing/ Digital Marketing degree would be preferable
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience of managing marketing budgets
  • Excellent communicator with ability to influence at all levels
