German Speaking Customer Service Team Lead


£30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Role Profile
An established market leading FMCG business are looking for a German speaking Customer Service Team Lead to join there ever growing operation. This is an exciting & rewarding role which will be based at their London office. The Customer Service Team Lead will take a leading role in continuous improvement initiatives, while owning B2B customer service activities for the business.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Timely and accurate processing of sales orders
  • Accurate production and supply of all documents related to the supply of customer orders
  • Ensure that all transactions are managed in line with agreed business processes and SLA's
  • Develop and maintain strong professional cross functional relationship
  • Oversee the daily activities of the team including order management and customer services
  • Own the customer experience and manage the order lifecycle from initial inquiry to delivery of order

Skills & Experience

  • Must be fluent in German and English (verbal and written)
  • Great leadership qualities
  • Excellent capabilities in communication and listening, relationship building and influencing
  • Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
