Role Profile:

The successful candidate will join a successful Finance Services organisation, building operational capabilities to help deliver their long-term growth plans.


Responsibilities include:

  • Driving efficiency whilst reducing risk across departments,
  • Managing the key Marketing, Product and HR departments,
  • Working with other Heads of to undertake planning and goal setting,
  • Overseeing the building of the Operations Team to further support the growing Consulting and Sales teams,
  • Supporting the MD with Advisory Board relations and key projects,
  • Planning and implementing key projects,

Skills & Experience

  • Commercial acumen and financial literacy,
  • Experience utilising data and key metrics to drive change,
  • Excellent stake-holder management, leadership, and communication skills,
  • Experience overseeing Start-up growth or within Tech or Finance is beneficial,

Remuneration

£55,000 to £65,000 depending upon experience, plus benefits,
