Role Profile

Cast UK is supporting one of our growing clients with their recruitment process of a Operations Account Manager to support in the further growth of the business. Reporting to the Business Unit Director you will be responsible to best enable all logistics operations between the business accounts and chosen 3PL partners. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a developing business that offer genuine future opportunities. You will be a career driven individual with a proven background in account and logistics management.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous demonstrable experience of managing operational performance in line with agreed service level agreement.
  • Proven experience managing key 3PL relationships.
  • Managing Planning and coordination of seasonal events & peak operations
  • Proven experience of developing and managing projects.
  • Prepare weekly summaries and monthly reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare short term and long-term forecasts with support of other resources in the team.
  • Strong understanding of a direct-to-consumer operation would be advantageous.
