Role Profile
Based in Enfield, Cast UK's client is looking to strengthen its team with the recruitment of an experienced Operations Director to join the business. Responsible for the performance of the distribution center, including warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management and forecasting and transportation.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership and motivation
Develop the operations budget
Forecasting for future capacity and growth of the supply chain with Executives and sales team
Inventory Management
Collect, analyze and report productivity data
Source, negotiate and execute all relevant contacts
Monitor, measure, review and report on the financial expectations and results

Skills & Experience

10 years of management experience in inbound/outbound transportation
Proven track record of success facilitating progressive organizational change
Stratigic approach
Ability to manage multiple inputs - channels/products
Lean methodologies and Six Sigma

Remuneration
£70,000 - £90,000 + Car Allowance & Benefits
