Role Profile

Are you a flexible team player with a good attention to detail? If you have 12 months Production Planning experience and you want the opportunity to grow with a new company in a dynamic environment then apply now. You would be responsible for maintaining the coordination between sales input, production realisation, and the despatch output for a global Automotive parts manufacturer.


  • To review the sales order intake, program and plan the work centres accordingly.
  • Communicate with supervisors to monitor work flow through the individual manufacturing departments.
  • Support the Customer Service and Purchasing function with information relating to production activity.
  • Issue works orders to help realise manufacturing plans, facilitating the transfer of this activity to the Cell Leader.
  • Tracking and monitoring of stock through production areas MRP/ERP.
  • Use cost effective stock management initiatives for factory production schedules, ensuring the customer meets their targets whilst minimising stock holdings where possible.

Skills & Experience

  • You will have at least 12 months in a Production Planning role.
  • You will have at least 12 months using ERP and MRP stock systems.
  • You must have must have a flexible approach to work and hours.
  • Be able to quickly integrate with all levels of the business with confidence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
