Key Responsibilities

* Ensuring excellent communication and coordination within the rider team

* Plan, direct, and manage all rider operations

* Ensuring high driver quality through training and performance

* Create and implement plans to improve the rider engagement

Experience, Skills & Personal Attributes

* Previous experience of working within a start-up would be advantageous

* Ability to manage large onboarding programs

* Hands-on leadership experience

* Ability to solve complex problems
