Role Profile
A highly successful and up and coming business is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked with a Far Eastern Supply Chain and who comes from an ECommerce environment. This is a fast paced role which is suited for someone who has strong supplier management experience and who can work well with teams across the globe.
Key responsibilities
- End to end Supply Chain process including forecasting and managing suppliers and their KPI's
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with key suppliers, managing OTIF
- Work pro-actively with supplier base to achieve cost savings and supply chain improvements
- Improve stock integrity through improved data and reporting
- Tracking orders and stocks across the globe and working closely with Warehouse and Custom teams
- Introduce appropriate KPIs and reporting
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Previous procurement and inventory management experience in a fast paced eCommerce environment
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Excellent Excel or ERP experience
- Proven stakeholder engagement and change management skills
- Ability to take initiate and build relationships with suppliers
