  • Lead demand planning and S&OP processes for the business
  • Manage supplier relationships & negotiate procurement contracts
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels
  • Lead and develop the Purchasing team

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record in demand planning and S&OP
  • Supplier relationship management, including Far East sourcing
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
