Role Profile

Bunzl Catering Supplies, part of the Bunzl Catering & Hospitality Division, is the leading distributor of disposables, packaging and hygiene solutions to the hospitality and catering sectors in the UK. Delivering to a variety of customers in both the private and public sector from small independent cafe owners, local health trusts and schools to national hotel and restaurant chains.

As the exclusive recruitment partner for Bunzl Catering, Cast UK have been instructed to recruit an Operations Administrator for their Operations team based in the Bristol office. You will be experienced within a Transport department and have a natural interest for all thing's logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing Paper work from all departments providing reports for analysis
  • Keeping all relevant spread sheets and systems accurate
  • Driver / Warehouse de brief
  • Creation of customer delivery notes and assembly of driver folders
  • Processing of Petty cash and customer payments via the correct SLA
  • Providing support for the Transport Supervisor and Stock Controller as and when the operation requires
  • Filing of all paper work in a logical order, maintaining the filing systems is relevant
  • Assist with the stock count and reporting element
  • Processing of customer credits and providing reports for the Operations Manager to investigate picking, loading and dispatch errors in a timely manner
  • Answering the phone in a polite and professional manner

This is an office-based administration role providing support to the operations team and customer service to major account head offices within the sector.
