Role Profile
Based in Dartford, Cast UK's client are looking to strengthen its team with the recruitment of an experienced Transport Operations Manager to manage the Transport network within the business. Reporting to the General Manager this is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys the challenge of working in a fast pace environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure effective communication throughout the operational leadership team
- Ensure that a best in class safety performance is delivered
- Build and implement an effective employee engagement strategy
- Ensure the operation is fully compliant
- Ensuring financial performance is within budget
- Participate in commercial reviews with the Senior Management Team
Experience/Skills
- Experience working within a fast pace logistics environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experienced in developing and deepening customer relationships
- Robust influencing and negotiation
- Flexible approach to work
Qualifications
- Transport Manager CPC

£40,000 - £45,000
