Role Profile
Cast UK are supporting a prestigious client with the recruitment process of an Client Relationship Manager to be based in Manchester. Reporting to the Account Director, you will operate within a customer defined team to further develop relationships and provide the best possible service.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring customer satisfaction remains high at all times
• Creation of the Customer Business Plan to deliver against contracted obligations and to customer growth plan
• Building of both existing category spend whilst developing new areas of business
• Regular reporting and sharing of key projects and success across the wider team
• Achieve set and challenging deadlines in full with accurate and precise working outputs

Experience, Skills & Personal Attributes

• Previous key stakeholder interaction is essential
• Commercial acumen
• Great relationship builder and ability to influence at all levels
• Proven track record in developing sales within an existing customer relationship
• An in-depth understanding of business planning, time management, proven sales skills, relationship building and longer term business delivery
