Role Profile

An ambitious, self-motivated high calibre Supply Chain Improvement specialist is sought by Cast UK's global client. The role will be integral to the newly created change and transformation team and will be identify key performance improvement projects across all supply chain and, warehousing and distribution functions of this complex organisation. The opportunity would ideally suit a candidate with a grounding in a Consultancy environment or Operational Supply Chain who can combine excellent communication and presentation skills with accurate and detailed data interpretation.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Manages and coordinates organisation-wide efforts to drive performance improvement
  • Active member of strategy and delivery teams , exceptional drive for continuous improvement
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure a central approach that can drive performance
  • Ensure that the correct data is captured and measured to identify performance improvement requirements
  • Identify and deliver improvements to supply chain efficiencies

Skills & Experience

  • Outstanding stakeholder and influencing skills and ability to build a solid network
  • Highly flexible to travel consistently across European region
  • Track record of success in initiatives to improve high performing supply chain, warehousing, distribution functions
  • Keen to progress - this role will offer an excellent opportunity to develop a network of senior people
  • Strong teamworking skills and ability to foster buy in at all levels in the organisation
  • Proven track record of driving performance
  • Highly structured with an ability to analyse and interpret data
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Well organized with strong attention to detail
  • Pro-active self-starter keen to deliver change, sometimes in challenging environment
  • Enthusiastic champion of best practice and performance improvement

Remuneration

c £85,000 - £95,000 + Excellent Benefits
