Are you a passionate customer service leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a real impact? This growing distribution business is seeking a driven Customer Service Manager to lead their customer service function and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience.
The Role
As Customer Service Manager, you will:
- Lead, support and develop a high-performing Customer Service Team
- Be a key ambassador for the brand, maintaining reputation and customer satisfaction
- Oversee order processing, inbound communications and CRM management
- Track, analyse and report on Customer Service KPIs to drive team success
- Identify retention opportunities and support account growth through proactive engagement
- Manage escalations, courier partner relationships and delivery performance
- Provide sales support to Key Accounts and nurture inbound leads
- Continuously improve processes and systems to enhance service efficiency & customer loyalty
About You
You will bring:
- 3 years' experience in a customer service role within a small business environment
- B2B distribution experience (advantageous)
- Strong CRM and order management skills; Sage 50 experience beneficial
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain organised under pressure in a fast-moving environment
- Confidence working with data - Excel proficiency is essential
- Languages such as French, German, Spanish or Italian would be a bonus!
