We're looking for a Customer Success Agent to join our clients team in Manchester - someone who can build strong relationships, support customers throughout their journey and help expand their client base through proactive outreach.

What you will be doing?
In this varied and customer-focused role, you will:
- Engage proactively with customers through outbound calls to drive retention, reactivation, and new business.
- Manage a portfolio of smaller accounts, providing consultative support and tailored solutions.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow existing customer relationships.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes to maximise conversion and shorten sales cycles.
- Run targeted telesales campaigns to promote new products and seasonal initiatives.
- Onboard new customers, ensuring smooth setup, product familiarisation, and clear communication on deliveries and terms.
- Provide ongoing support for orders, queries, returns, and credits, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address early signs of churn or dissatisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance) to deliver a consistent customer journey.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sharing insights and feedback with leadership to improve processes.
What will you ideally bring to the role?
- Experienced in sales, customer success, or account management - ideally in a B2B or healthcare setting.
- A confident communicator, skilled at building rapport and trust.
- Proficient with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g. Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering a customer-first experience.
- Knowledge of the care or healthcare procurement sector (desirable).
- Experience working collaboratively across sales, operations, and support teams (desirable).
