Role Profile

Our client is a fast-paced logistics business based in Paris. This is a rapidly growing business and operation, with a key delivery focus on food distribution. Reporting directly to the CCO you will support, motivate and deliver key operational performances to support the continued development of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all operational processes.
• Responsibility of P&L
• Responsibility of recruitment and training of all logistics staff
• Implement best practices, to ensure best in class delivery and customer services.
• Liaise closely with Purchasing & marketing to support business growth.
• Identify and implement key logistics provider relationships.

Key Skills

• Strong experience in Logistics management and Operational development
• Experience in a start-up environment would be advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills
• Food distribution experience would be beneficial but not essential.
• Resilient and able to support across business functions.
