An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales to join a well-established and growing B2B distribution business operating within a highly competitive market.

This is a senior leadership role, responsible for driving national sales performance through the effective leadership of a multi-layered sales function. You will play a pivotal role in shaping sales strategy, improving operational discipline, and delivering sustainable revenue and margin growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team across multiple regions
  • Drive consistent sales execution across new business acquisition, account development, and retention
  • Implement structured pipeline management and ensure strong conversion rates
  • Align internal and external sales functions to maximise customer coverage and performance
  • Use data, KPIs, and reporting to manage performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and deliver commercial strategy
