Role Profile
Cast UK are supporting a market leading business with the recruitment of a Warehouse Supervisor for their fast paced operation based in Cannock. Reporting to the Night Shift Manager you will oversee a team of Operatives, driving high performance and KPIs in a dispatch-focused night shift, loading 20-30 vehicles per shift. You will work Monday - Friday 9pm - 6am with flexibility required in line with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Effective management of team of operatives across shift patterns; ensuring KPI's are met and exceeded
• Promote positive culture of health & safety
• Deputise for the Shift Manager in their absence when required
• Daily reporting of KPI's across the shift
• Effective handovers across shifts

Skills & Experience

• Experienced supervisor working in a similar capacity, ideally already familar working night shifts
• Experience working in outbound/ dispatch operations
• Experience within a FMCG operation would be ideal
• Contribute towards Health & Safety management
• KPI management
• Strong ability to collate reports and data beneficial
