Role Profile
A manufacturing business located in Lancashire have instructed Cast UK to recruit an experienced Senior Materials Planner to set up the planning aspect of their business. The company have invested in a partnership with a German business and are now in need of a Systems planner with manufacturing experience.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in running MRP
- Setup billing of materials (BOM)
- Strong excel skills
- Available for regular travel to Germany
- Use of SAGE 200
- German speaking would be a bonus
- Hands on planning
Responsibilities
- Development of the core range, systems, and service standards
- Cleaning of current database
- Measure performance against agreed service levels
- Visit Germany once a month
- Development of the manufacturing systems
- Develop stock policies for raw materials
Remuneration
£30,000 - £35,000
