Cast UK are supporting a hyper-growth client with the recruitment of a Commercial Director for their expanding operation based in Paris. The role will be responsible for buying, category management, revenue strategy and logistics of the product.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal product availability, pricing, and quantities are available
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure that the supply chain runs smoothly

• Partner with HQ operations to implement best systems and practices
• Hire a first-in-class team and set the goals and strategic direction

Experience, Skills & Personal Attributes

• 7+ years of experience in the B2C sector
• A strong understanding of the grocery market
• Hands-on leadership experience

• Ability to use data to make strategic decisions

• Proficiency in French and English required
