Role Profile
Cast UK are supporting our client, who is a leading logistics business, in their recruitment process of a Logistics Coordinator. Reporting to the Team Leader in a fast-paced Transport environment, you will be making sure all daily jobs are on time and completed correctly.
Key Accountabilities & Experience:
- Responsible for allocating and controlling a wide range of business and consumer jobs
- Monitoring the live progress of our independent job
- Responsible for communicating with both drivers and customers
- A good understanding of the First & Last Mile delivery sector
- Worked in fast-paced environments with great attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
