An established and growing global manufacturer of dental and medical equipment is expanding its UK footprint and is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to support continued growth across the London & South East region.
This is a field-based role focused on direct sales into dental and clinical practices, offering autonomy, long-term career progression and the opportunity to take real ownership of a territory.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving sales performance across your assigned territory through consultative selling and relationship management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing a defined UK sales territory
- Building strong relationships with dental and medical professionals
- Delivering product demonstrations and in-practice consultations
- Advising customers on suitable equipment solutions
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Managing pipeline and activity through CRM
- Attending industry events and exhibitions
- Acting as a professional ambassador for the business
About You
- Proven experience in territory or field sales within dental, medical or healthcare environments
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Confident delivering product demonstrations
- Highly organised and comfortable managing a territory autonomously
- Commercially driven with a track record of results
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel

- £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary
