An experienced shift manager with great people skills and team management skills.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing and maintaining stock accuracy within the warehouse.
• Generating reports and following up for any stock discrepancies and picking errors.
• Creating a safe working environment for all warehouse operatives within the warehouse.
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with people at all levels across the business.

What we need from you:

• Experience of working within a high-volume warehouse environment
• Understanding of using quality principles, continuous improvement and other associated tools and techniques.
• Computer literate being fully conversant in MS Excel.
• Commitment to learning and development of the team and yourself.
